@MakeupXOSteph she is singing about a man who broke her heart. You can tell by all the flowers, balloons and roses that he is playing games with all the women he has dated Thats why she said, "I'm one of the chosen few who went ahead and fell for you" I think the elevator is symbolizing how relationships can rise and fall quickly.
