MCA deputy president Dr Chua Soi Lek has been formally sacked from the party for damaging the party's reputation due to his sex scandal.At a press conference at 12.15am at the party headquarters, MCApresident Ong Tee Keat announced that the presidential council hadendorsed the recommendation of the party's disciplinary committee to sack Chua over the matter."We did so with a heavy heart after giving much consideration to thedamage inflicted upon the party image, brought about by the sexscandal featured in the DVD."This decision has been made in the best interest of the party," said Ong, reading from a prepared text after a marathon five-hour meeting.Ong said Chua ha 14 days to appeal the decision, but added that the party constitution does not allow the decision to be challenged in court.Story here: http://www.malaysiakini.com/ne...

Anwar is the IMF issue and sodomy case, sodomy is againts the LAW.Chua case is like prostitute (willing to have sex) the oral sex is not againts the Law, it is againts the LAW for Muslim (Syariah) only.If Chua would want to be the President he would have contested the last MCA election rather than than the Deputy.Before they Sack him the President is stupid because he did not think about the consequence so later changed from Sack to Suspend.

Actually Chua very lucky in his sex scandal issue. Unlike Anwar who want to raid Mahathir position, at the end lock up in the jail. Ong can report to police with the video which prove Chua against the law of Malaysia (the woman suck his cock).Even Chua could get back to his position but I think the war will not end. The EGM just like a new election, choose Chua or Ong.

I believe Chua is not a threat but Ong can't cooperate with a guy who against his principal. I have my own principal too to avoid any conflict in my life. Second, before MCA sack Chua, Chua keep attack Ong by using media almost happen every weeks. I believe Chua want to be president before retired. This is why I think he deserve it.

MCA is a FAILURE.Ong Tee Keat is afraid, 1 of the 5 resolutions in the EGM is to reinstate Dr Chua as MCA Deputy so they suspend him then he can't be reinstate ad Deputy.Ong Tee Keat is afraid so he changed from Sack to Suspend..... this shows VERY clear that his biggest threat is Chua Soi Lek.Imagine from Sack to Suspend show how MCA handle issue.After much deliberation..... "sack with immediate effect".After much deliberation..... "suspend 4 years with immediate effect".

Sack people who has involve themself in the scandal able to get back the confidence of their supporters and society. Khairy is the example, corruption is nothing for his supporters but not the society and why many Malaysian started to ignore BN. But I agree that he should be sack immediately after scandal but he should not break his promise too just to avoid punishment before everyone forget his sex issue.
